If all goes well then Abhishek Bachchan may play as Rajiv Gandhi in Anubhav Sinha’s new movie. The movie will concentrate on plot behind 1991 assassination of former Prime Minister, Rajiv Gandhi.
Abhishek Bachhan who has recently given hit films like ‘Guru’ and Dhoom II may also be guided by father Big B, which would help him bring perfection to the role. As at one point of time in lives, Rajiv Gandhi and Amitabh Bachchan were great pals.
Although things are not same with Bachchan and Gandhi family still, I am sure that once Abhishek agrees for the project, father Amitabh will surely do the needful and help Abhishek know more about Rajiv which would eventually help Abhishek to get into the skin of the character.
But still we have to wait and watch that Bachchan family will say ‘yes’ to Sinha’s proposal or not.
Anubhav Sinha’s latest release is Cash and he also happens to be the director of hit film Dus.
