Mallika Sherawat is no longer in a mood sizzle on screen. After having given Bollywood some of its most scorching scenes, the actress who hit fame with her on-screen kisses, said ‘no’ to doing any of it for a Kannada film, Preethi Eka Bhoomi Melidhei.
She was approached to do an item number in the film but she had her conditions. She did not want any kissing and disapproved of anyone touching her in the solo item number. The money demanded was Rs 40 Lacs, and it was only after the producers agreed to all her demands that she agree to do the number. She flew to Bangalore for the shooting.
Well, isn’t Mallika changing the colors she is best loved for? Now, since she has got the touch-me-not board up, it’s high time she learnt some acting. That’s the only thing that can keep her career afloat if the actress really plans to put her clothes back on.
