Panaji-based National Organisation for Tobacco Eradication has issued a legal notice to Bollywood famed star Shah Rukh Khan for smoking in public.

The actor is charged for smoking during the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit earlier this month and at the 20-20 match in Mumbai.
It is also noteworthy that prior, the anti-tobacco body also served a similar notice to Amitabh Bachchan when the superstar was shown smoking on hoardings.
King Khan has been given 15 days' time to reply.
