Post ‘Big Brother’ victory and the recent ‘Miss Bollywood’ musical European tour, Shilpa Shetty’s publicist can’t stop her from being talkative about her popularity in India and that she was a big name in India before the popular stint in the British reality show.
According to industry expert Rajeev K:
This is possible only in Britain, not in India. Just imagine her competing with the Bachchans, Hrithik Roshan, the Khans, Preity Zinta, Rani Mukherjee and many more.
Well, the oversea show might have given Shetty international recognition but the lady who brought laurels to the Indian Film Industry surely did not have a murky existence in Bollywood. What say?
