Bollywood is about to experience a super hero rat race in very near future. With Hrithik Roshan already having established himself as the first Indian super hero, and Abhishek Bachhan engaging himself in Drona, it was Shahrukh who was being left out.

Good news for the fans of king khan, he will be very soon seen in a sci - fi action film under his own production house, Red Chillies Entertainment for a never before budget of Rs. 100 crore. Shirish Kunder, husband of SRK's business partner and close associate Farah Khan will be in the director's chair. The same production house has presented Janeman (2006), which unfortunately could not get lavish response from the viewers. This time Shahrukh and Shirish both are enthusiastic about the venture and they are expecting a super hit in this movie.

What happened to Shahrukh these days? In his recent actions it is evident that he is all set to show he is second to none in the industry. His recent comments, interviews, spat with Bachchan family, doing TV shows, and every single action somehow indicates his desperateness to prove his own talent again and again. This time he is once again all set to prove himself in the genre of super hero. He owns a VFX studio with as much as 40 experienced professionals to create high end special effects that goes to his credit. But is it wise to follow the footprints, that also of those people who are professionally his most bitter rivals? Of course the time will tell the consequences, but Shahrukh must remember he is always regarded as a romantic actor. Most of his mega hits are in the romance genre only. Whenever he has tried to overdo something, the results were heart breaking. He suits in romantic image completely, but in action roles he is not wholly accepted by the viewers. Whether his new avatar will draw the public to the auditorium can be a pretty debatable issue, but for the time being let's wait for the movie to come out. The complete cast will be decided by the end of this month, and the movie is expected to be released early next year.
