Sanjay Dutt, enjoying freedom along with thirty three other convicts due to the non delivery of the copy of judgment, is likely to face imprisonment soon. Sanjay was released on interim bail on technical grounds in August for the Mumbai bomb blast case.

On Saturday, Tada judge P. D. Kode gave out copies to the convicted prisoners and Sanjay Dutt was asked to come back on Monday for his turn. He would be facing court today and once he gets the copy he will have to surrender. We hope that Sanju has a miraculous escape this time too.
