India’s heartthrob, Salman Khan, keeps up his Bollywood tradition in Hollywood as well by giving a thumbs down to all kissing scenes in his upcoming Hollywood movie ‘Marigold’. This is the first time that Ali Larter and Salman Khan have teamed up for a Hollywood Production.
Apparently, Sallu Bhai told Willard Carroll that he does not want to lip-lock with Ali Larter on screen as he thinks it is embarrassing to watch such scenes with parents. Salman Khan told Willard:
No kissing scenes, please.
Well, Salman despite of being surrounded by many controversies is a simple family man in the end, and really cares what influence his actions would have on his audiences. Willard recently, confirmed the news:
That’s right. Out there in the West, it’s different, but the culture in India is different, and I respect it. Salman came and told me, ‘what face will I show my father?’
‘Marigold’ would also mark Salman Khan’s debut in a Hollywood Movie. Shot in the beautiful locales of Rajasthan, Mumbai and Goa, the flick features seven songs composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.
The movie believed to be a romantic, musical comedy showcases Bollywood to the American audiences with the first hand experience of an American itself. It is also an attempt by the Hollywood director Willard Carroll to bring the Indian and American cinema much closer.
