Indian films are making their mark worldwide.

Rang De Basanti - India's official entry to Oscars has been successfully able to make its mark on the hearts of people and judges at the Indian film festival in Sydney and won the Best Film Award.

Vishal Bhardwaj's Omkara, Rajkumar Hirani's Lage Raho Munnabhai, Rohan Sippy's Bluffmaster, Apurva Lakhia's Ek Ajnabee, Karan Johar's Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna and Kunal Kohli's Fanaa.

Indian films have moved a long distance, today they are getting favorable reception from not only Asians but from other people as well for their universal theme and content.
