Stunning actor Preity Zinta had her first cross-examination of the case against Mumbai tabloid Mid-Day in Girgaum Court, according to the tabloid lawyer Aabad Ponda’s questioning revealed that

Preity was unsure about her whereabouts when the article was published.

According to the earlier news, Preity had filed a defamation case against the tabloid for enclosure of her name and photographs in an article published in 2005 by them. The article had a transcribed copy of a recorded phone conversation of Salman Khan talking about his sexual relations with Preity Zinta. As later, the phone conversation declared fake by the government’s forensic laboratory.

What Preity has to say about it? Well, as per the actress it was a embarrassment moment of her life, she even says the media that:

The article is written in a defamatory and obscene manner. It marks my reputation and shows me as an immoral woman who’s had sexual relations with Salman Khan. The article does not serve any news. After the article, I started receiving cheap calls from boys who claimed they were Salman Khan.

It leaded Preity with lots of loss and trouble as she even lost out on ad campaigns, as for ads the character of the person is very important. May be it did turn out to be a big time loss for her but what Salman had to say about all this after all?
