Take it as a bet or not, the predicted ‘cold war’ between Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan did end like nothing actually happened.
The war, which produced some of the latest and hottest gossips in some top magazines and gossip publications quietly made people stop speculating any further in Mehboob Studios, Mumbai recently.
Both the superstars were shooting for Ravi Chopra’s ‘Bhootnath’, where both the stars were not willing to give the dates.
People say that the controversy or the war started because of the Abhi-Ash wedding issue in which Shah Rukh Khan was not invited. But suddenly another report say that to make for the issue Amitabh started sending some lavish and extremely expensive gifts to the other superstar. Bhootnath’s director Vivek Sharma and producer Ravi Chopra were at the clemency of both the superstars’ two stars to complete the film which is incomplete without the two.
But when the shooting started, nothing very eventful happened, and instead both were very friendly and amiable to each other.
Some special sources say that “Contrary to popular perception, Bachchan and SRK were getting along like a house on fire,” and the director says that they were playing KBC, a popular TV serial on Star Plus.
The Director reports that both the stars laughed cordially at every opportunity, to which the whole crew members joined.
“Shah Rukh is good with Trivial Pursuit (a game that tests your IQ). But Bachchan was better,” added Mr. Sharma.
