The most popular show on Indian Television, KBC (Kaun Banega Crorepati) will soon start again in January. And this time top Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan will substitute Big B.
“Kaun Banega Crorepati” is based on “Who Wants to be a Millionaire” was fragmented due to its famous host Amitabh Bachchan’s illness.

We are extremely delighted to announce the next generation avatar of KBC and are even more pleased to present Shahrukh Khan, as its host.
The new series of KBC is scheduled to be back in the coming New Year, the third spell of KBC 3 will be back on weekdays from Monday to Thursday at prime time i.e.9pm to 10pm.
Shahrukh Khan was pleasingly surprised when the STAR network offered him the show.
Khan is one of the highest paid actors of Bollywood.
“It is a huge act to follow, that of Bachchan ... But it also excites me that I am getting an opportunity to reach out (and) talk and interact with my audience through a medium where I began my career as an actor years ago,” khan said in a statement.
