Raises prime question: Is King Khan rude or Levelheaded?

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan was recently asked various questions by media person's at the launch of Tag Heur watches.

Shahrukh's first statement:

I know of only two Khans, Genghis Khan and Shah Rukh Khan.

Shahrukh's other statement:

I am just an actor who happened to be at the right time and right place. I am living a dream.I have the same simple desires that any man on the street has. I want to be happy, I want to be with my kids and I want to continue doing good workI have little desires like not getting stuck in traffic while commuting to work, going back to a happy family, watching TV, and going to sleep. First statement made him sound arrogant and rude but his following statement made him sound realistic, practical and down-to -earth.

So what's he exactly Down-to earth or rude or he keeps changing as per the situation.
