Hrithik Roshan has opted out of the movie with Kill Bill star Uma Thurman (it would have been Hrithik’s maiden Hollywood flick). The movie is Vishal Bhardwaj’s project and will be made under the banner of UTV.
Hrithik reportedly was not happy with the script of the movie and his role was believed to be overcast under the Hollywood star’s part. Vishal insists project is not shelved yet.
Uma Thurman plays an Australian born heroine (Nadia) in the movie. It is a biographical movie. Nadia was, the then reigning queen of stunt films in India, in early twentieth century. She had Errol Flynn like stunts with a Zorro-like get up (was also dubbed as fearless Nadia). Uma is yet to commit her dates.
After Hrithik, the grapevine is, Ajay Devgan is a strong contender for the empty slot now. Hrithik has the reputation of being obstinate when it comes down to his role and the substance of the script, lived up to it!
