Farah Khan's husband Shirish misbehave at Om Shanti Om party

The choreographer-director Farah Khan's upcoming movie Om Shanti Om hosted a party in the town for the industry where, the superstar Shahrukh Khan, newcomer Deepika Padukone and Farah herself walked the ramp. The news around though is that while Farah was busy with her movie promotions, husband and editor Shirish Kunder was having his own fun privately.

Reports have it that at the start of the party husband Shirish was seen posing with soon to be mom of triplets, wife Farah but later on was out of sight. Sources reveal that Shirish was extremely high on alcohol and was seen flirting with other women even to the extent of canoodling with a few women at the party.

The Om Shanti Om party was a tie up with the retail brand Shopper Stop in accordance to promote the movies clothing line and hence the stars were seen wearing retro and modern collections on the ramp. Though the stars with the likes of SRK was the evening attraction, the party saw Shirish grab the limelight thereafter. Reports have it that Shirish was seen hanging out with his brother and was extremely drunk. This act by husband Shirish annoyed Farah and saw her exit the venue soon after. But this act did not affect Shirish in any manner, he was seen kissing another girl.

Thank god for cameras at such parties, Shirish realized he was being captured and gained his lost consciousness. This incident and act by Shirish was shocking for many and especially because Shirish holds a very caring and loving image towards his wife. One can be sure though that Farah Khan being the strong fire brand she is will not take this issue lightly, though much is not known if the expectant lady knows about his act.

Shirish hits the headlines not only for this disappointing behaviour only. Reports have it that he had a supposed showdown with Shahrukh Khan in regards to the script of the movie. So much was the issue that Shirish though of casting Akshay Kumar in place for the role. Caught between husband and best buddy Farah eventually managed to garner peace between the two and Om Shanti Om commenced its making.

Only time can tell if the unasked behaviour of Shirish has affected Farah and her thoughts. Being the lady she is one can expect her to react but silence is the order of the day atleast from her end as of now. Fans of Indian cinema though can continue to await the much anticipated Om Shanti Om slated for a release coming Diwali. It sure is going to be a fire cracking entry at the box office.
