High Court has issued a notice to Film Federation of India for choosing 'Eklavya' as India's official entry into Oscars.

Chopra's 'Eklavya' which did not receive much critical praise when it was released left behind its other much appreciated contenders 'Chak De India' and 'Gandhi-My father'.

Notwithstanding this bias decision, it was Dharm's director Bhavna Talwar who went on to file a petition over Vidhu Vinod Chopra directed Eklavya's selection for the Oscars.
'Dharm', directed by Bhavna Talwar was selected for screening in the recently held Cannes Film Festival.
It seems that the war between the two twains has now taken a serious turn!
