Thrilled by the fact that the Prime Minister and he share birthdays and also that the PM has consented to launch his book 'Romancing With Life', he says,

This book does not belong to me alone. It belongs to all those people who love me and to the whole world really.

The function held at ITC Grand Maratha was attended by many Bollywood celebrities like Big B, Rekha, Amar Singh, Anil Ambani, Om Puri, Jackie Shroff, Hema Malini, Sanjay Khan, Shkati Samanta, Anu Malik, Simi Grewal, Dipti Naval, Zeenat Aman, Reitesh Deshmukh, Bobby-Sunny and Dharmendra and many more.
