Pretty Preity is all thumbs up for Shahrukh’s Chak De India! Amazing, the movie that failed to lift spirits appealed to Preity so much that she went to watch the movie among the cinemagoers, but hey, in a burkha.
It isn’t a new thing that stars go to watch movies in cinemas clad in a burkha, but pretty Preity did that for Shahrukh. The enfant terrible inside her came out amidst the crowd, when she whistled and fully enjoyed the movie like any other ordinary moviegoer.
However, Preity is all praise for Shahrukh’s Chak de India unlike most of SRK’s fans, who find the movie quite dull. But, Preity found it full of patriotic fervor, as if she hasn’t seen anything like that. And SRK’s performance to her was ‘mind blowing’ in positive terms, but ask us that blew our mind startled to see King Khan perform much below his level.
Having co-starred with Shahrukh in several hits, Preity just cannot stop herself from loving him.
The Yash Chopra banner has always found accolades from Preity, who has herself starred in many of their movies. Therefore, to her Chak de India really lifted India and hey, Preity too.
