Bollywood Queen Aishwarya Rai embroiled in new controversy

Bollywood's renowned actress and world-renowned beauty Aishwarya Rai has been questioned by the customs department regarding the mysterious postal parcel dispatched to her comprising of 65,000 euros (Rs.3.7 million) in cash.

Customs Commissioner, AK Prasad said:

We've already informed her and hopefully she'll appear this week. We know that she's shooting in Jaipur and we hope as soon as she arrives in Mumbai, she'll testify on this issue...

MS Rai has not said anything regarding this but her lawyer asserted that she has nothing to do with this parcel.

Aishwarya's lawyer, Girish Kulkarni said:

We never had any contract now have we asked anyone to anybody to send the money. It's neither our money nor are we claiming it. Since it has been named to Aishwarya Rai, we have been brought into this controversy...

Whether Ash wants to keep the money or not is a secondary question, the prime question, answer of which is still in dark is who has sent Ash this amount?
