Seems Bappi Lahiri’s singing career has once again come back in the full swing. The innovator of disco music in Bollywood is all set to sing a song for Nikhil Advani’s action drama ‘Made In China’ which happens to be an international project.

The Chalte Chalte singer disappeared from Indian cinema in 1990’s. He had a comeback in 2004. Later in 2005 he proved his identity when he composed music for Jahnu Barua’s film ‘Maine Gandhi Ko Nahin Maara’. Recently he has sung “Mumbai” number for Vishal-Shekhar’s ‘Taxi No. 9211′ and the title track of the Mani Ratnam film ‘Guru’, in which the music has been composed by A.R.Rahman.

Made In China is a collaboration of Warner Brothers and Ramesh Sippy production. The film directed by Nikhil Advani has actors Akshay Kumar and Deepika Padukone in the main lead. Film’s music is of Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy who has earlier composed music for Advani’s films like “Kal Ho Naa Ho” and “Salaam-e-Ishq” with inputs from Kailash Kher of Allah Ke Bande fame.

The film slated for a release in 2008 will have some of its part shot in China. It revolves around a chef who is misunderstood as a martial arts expert.
