Shooting for director Ravi Chopra's film 'Baabul' has picked up since Amitabh Bachchan resumed shooting after his illness and the film is set for a Diwali release.
The film, which had got delayed due to Big B's illness, is progressing at a steady pace with both - the cast and the crew - working in perfect tandem. Chopra hopes to wrap up the project by July.
A typical B.R. Chopra production, the family saga with a social message casts Salman Khan and Hema Malini. Others in the film are Rani Mukerji, John Abraham and Om Puri apart from Amitabh.
Sameer has penned the lyrics and Aadesh Shrivastava has composed the music for the emotional drama.
