Bollywood director Ashutosh Gowarikar's epic "Jodha-Akbar" seems to be encircled by problems, at first lead hero Hrithik injured himself while learning horse riding then story line faced strong opposition from Rajputs in Rajasthan and now a new problem - an animal rights group has filed a police complaint and a case against the film unit charging them with cruelty against animals.

Animal rights activists are worried and angry as the film unit is not paying attention towards the condition of the animals that are used for the shoots, unit is using more than 80 elephants, 100 horses and 55 camels for the shooting and all of these animals are not treated well.

Even there is no facility of a vet- doctor for these animals.

No fault of Ashutosh, when there are big names like Hrithik and Ash present, who will get time to look towards the welfare of these poor animals, what if they are as vital as lead actors of the film?
