Ash part of Steve McCurry's 'Incredible India at 60'!

It seems that ace photographer Steve McCurry, known for his romance with India, has fallen in love with everything Indian even Bollywood. This is evident when he chose 35 pictures for the Incredible India at 60 celebrations in New York and our Bollywood international face, Aishwarya Rai made it to the exhibition.

Displaying the picture of Aishwarya that was taken way before her brush with fame, Steve says:

A friend of mine told me there's this model and you should take her photograph because she's so beautiful. So I shot her without really knowing her and much before she became a superstar.

Steve McCurry who is now extensively covering Buddhism in India will soon be coming out with his favourite pictures of India in a book form to mark the sixty years of Indian Independence. And Aishwarya will make it into the folds of his book.

Well, I think for Ash it is another reason to be proud off, sharing a glimpse with glorious Indian history.
