Super star Amitabh Bachchan could be in trouble if Revenue minister Narayan Rane profs that he has acquired farmland near Pune through any fraudulent means, as for Maharashtra government rules.

Revenue minister Narayan Rane files a appeal against Bachchan saying that government should cancel transfer of land in his name on the ground that he was not a farmer in UP, and that the allotment of the farm land in a village in Barabanki district by the previous Mulayam Singh government was an act of forgery.

As Rane tells the media:

If it is found that Bachchan is not a farmer then government will take back the land and file a case, As per section 63 of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act 1948, no person can purchase agricultural land in Maharashtra if he is not a farmer.

Well I guess Amitabh this time what you thought did not work out well, as its for sure you were never a farmer then why such lie for a land, well can not comment on anything, lets see what happens!
