Akshay Khanna, living up to his good guy image, has disappointed all rummaging gossipmongers by declaring that he doesn’t want to be in any relationship right now. The instinctive actor entails that his career is the imperative focal point now, and besides there is no eligible woman on the horizon. The actor is excited about the script of his forthcoming film Naqab.

Naqab, the romantic thriller, is re-teaming of Abbas-Mustan, Bobby and Akshay after Humraaz and the movie gives a head-on start to new-comer Urvashi Sharma. Akshay gets candid:
It is a romantic thriller. It is a very unusual situation to be in for an actor. ‘Naqab’, which is being directed by Abbas- Mustan is perhaps the first script in my life about which I cannot talk. Because it will let out the plot of the film even if I give one line narration of the film. All that I can say about my role in ‘Naqab’ is that I am playing the role of a struggling actor in the film, though it is not a film industry focused picture. ‘Naqab’ is a very fast-paced film and unlike ‘Salaam E Ishq’, which had a running time of three and a half hours, ‘Naqab’ is a slick youth oriented film, which has duration of less than two hours.
Akshay has an impeccable link-ups record in tinsel town, comparatively to other Actors (definitely to the same name buddy Akshay Kumar!), with only Tara Sharma making a significant entry (Akshay has broken up with Tara Sharma). The Actor thinks that Miss Right has not made ingress yet. He says:
I do not want to be in a relationship as of now. Unless and until I meet the right person, I do not want to be imprisoned in a relationship. I have a whole life ahead of me and am now blissfully enjoying my status as one of the eligible bachelor boys of the industry today.
The Actor has always maintained that he doesn’t believe in Bollywood’s hasty affairs. He recently was toying with the idea of marriage as well albeit the right woman is all Hide and Seek. Akshay, analogous to his temperament, seems to be in favor of a wait and watch strategy rather than embark on a wild goose chase!
